We have already received many positive reactions and even a few photos!
It was our intention to try to organize a friendly competition of photography with due regard to all possible guarantees of correctness and based on the preferences of all visitors, not only on a small jury or a group which might be conditioned by sympathy.
We’ll do our best and we are always at the disposal of participants for any further explanation.
Photographers who feel like joining the competition will have about a week/ten days from now to submit their photos to us by email, as explained in THE RULES OF THE COMPETITION.
Then we’ll open the competition displaying the photos in our twin virtual art gallery halls on PBase

During the open period of the competition photos may be added to the exhibition at any time, and while as a result some images will have a shorter period of visibility, that won’t influence the number of received votes.
The virtual exhibition halls are available to view already, in this pre-competition phase.
We have simply posted a few photos to demonstrate the look of the gallery when the real competition is under way.
When the competition starts we’ll delete the sample photos and we’ll post the entries for the competition.
Of course we’ll keep you up to date and we’ll post information notes on PBase forum and in our exhibition galleries to provide information about the timing and progress of the competition.


The deadline date for the start of the photo competition will be
the 22nd of February 2010

On that day the submitted photos will be exhibited in our twin virtual art galley halls and the visitors will be invited to express their preferences.
