Let'em In...

A labyrinth of doors to open and to close,allowing an entry to the parallel worlds of two photographers, who play together.
You might push one door to get into a Swiss house and you can get out through another door,that, more often than not, will lead you to Ireland...

You can imagine the life behind a locked door or you might peep through a half open one…

This is a twinned gallery, hosted in both Marisa's and Máire’s pages.
Marisa's images are on the left column of the gallery page, Máire's on the right. The gallery offers a glimpse of a virtual tour from door to door that both of us,Máire and Marisa, are taking together.

A door can have different meanings and purposes.
It might be a protection to keep away strangers and protect privacy.
But a door is also the premier place where we welcome our guests.
It would be nice to live in a world where all doors could be always open.

Now you have entered the building will you be invited through the inner door	To get through this inner door you will need your own key

Cat in search of a door on Diagon Alley	Could this be the door he's looking for?
Come through this door and choose something you might like	Come through this door and choose a free sample of fudge
If you are not afraid of pirates you are welcome...	.and if you are afraid of pirates then don't come near this door
The intriguing door leading to a palacebut will they let us in?	The intriguing mansion door that just might allow us a peep inside, but they may still not let us in...
The well protected door with a dog who stays outside	The see-through door with dogs who want to be inside
Don't open this door...	Someone might just be waiting on the other side with a camera!
You should always sweep in front of your door, both literally and metaphorically...	..and you might finally succeed in having a neat and tidy entrance!
For this downhill door be careful as you descend the steps...	Hold on to the railing as you climb the steps to the door in this pink house
Someone locked the doors to Paradise...	...but there was a friend with a key at the side gate
Let's step from door to door...	...and then hop over to the old Irish phone box to make a call back home
A door that allows a peep inside	A door that beckons: "Welcome! Do come in..."
Get into a Catholic church in Italy and .....	...you may be very lucky if you get out in Ireland!
Passage to the past....	...leading to an even more ancient doorway
The door adorned by smart graffiti	The door adorned with a "goodness" sign.
The basement door...	The door to a very different basement..
Someone here seems to like cactus plants...	...and someone here likes roses
Please come in,please go out....	...but those who went through this door can't come back out
Door protected by a lion	Door protected by an otherworldly character

A touch of Mexico in Switzerland and...	A touch of Italy in Ireland
The sundappled door surrounded by green surely looks for a partner in the Emerald Isle...	...and finds an elegant green door, in the little gate lodge
Come through a fancy double door with a medieval air...	...and choose which of these Georgian doors you will open to escape from the rain!
When you try to get into the flowered tower by this door	inside the tower there is a mysterious door...

Once upon a time a little blue door drew a curious visitor in...	...the exit was another little blue door in another country
Knock,knock.Is the Lady of the Castle at home?	Try the side door! She might answer....

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this gallery. The concept for a start, is ingenious. The execution of the concept is brilliant. I am fascinated by doors and windows, something about them being entryways to other worlds perhaps. And so this subject is one of my favourites. Thus, this entire gallery is a rare treat. Thank you both! VOTE
