I am interested in your bilge pump arrangement. We have just purchased a CS36T 1983 and are in the process of adding a bilge pump. You appear to have a 3/4" discharge and have drilled a hole through the fiberglass stringer so you can then feed the hose through the space under the nav station. We are trying to install a Rule 2000 GPH with a 1 1/8" ID (13/8" OD) discharge and are having trouble with the hose run. Any ideas about this? Also I want to put in a vent anti syphon loop. Where did you put yours? I am considering going up the inside of the wet locker then out into the aft quarter berth attaching the loop to the inside fiberglass wall as high as possible and then back into the wet locker and exit on the starboard side through a new through hull. Where does yours exit and what diameter through hull did you put in?
Re your Head - From another CS36T owner I was warned that the head is lower than the waterline and you can get syphoning on the raw water intake to the head. He found out one night when he found he was standing in water in the head compartment. You do not appear to have an anti syphon line in the raw water intake unless you have it hidden behind the cabinet over the head all inside the cabinet innner space. I ran mine behind the cabinet but did it by drilling two holes behind the head to allow the raw water lines to go behind the cabinet then up to the anti syphon and then back down and through the fiberglass to reconnect with the head pump. I put a clear viewing port in the upper section of the cabinet so I can get at the loop device and possibly fix it without having to undo the 35 + screws.
