Here you can see the Velcro lapel affixed to the panel and the junction box connected to the feed
wire via MC4 connectors.


While I am not usually a big fan of MC4 connectors, in the marine environment, they do make sense for this type of installation. Coating them with a terminal grease helps prevent corrosion..
