Little Wooden Bridge Over Entiat River ( Destroyed Dec. 2006)

Oldest bridge over the Entiat River . ( Bridge was moved piece by piece to it's current location from town) It was built in 1908 ,but was destroyed by high winds and heavy snow Dec. 15, 2006. A sad day....
Monte, is this the same bridge that used to span Nason Creek just off Hwy.2 East of Stevens Pass? No doubt if they'd covered up the naked trusswork it might have lasted centuries like its counterparts back east. I think there's still one of these at Cawston, BC just off Hwy.3
