Enchantments of Washington State ( Cascades)

These Lakes are the Crown Jewels of the Cascades with there High Alpine Views and many Golden Larch in the fall. BUT, permits are hard to come by,so put in for them in Feb. and send to Leavenworth Ranger Station. Fall is nice as no bugs and all the Gold you could want!!! Enchantments are a small group of Peaks and Lakes located in the "Alpine Wilderness" in the middle estern part of the Washington Cascades.

Wow, what a great sampling of some truly breathtaking and beautiful mountain scenery. Makes me want to load up the backpack and hit the trail. Really enjoyed this gallery Monte...terrific work!
