2007 Racing On Lake Chelan

Just a few shots of 2007 racing. Fun day to kick back and enjoy these boats flying around at 100 mph . Races are a bit of a " Throwback" as Lake Chelan Held The " Apple Cup" in the 50's till about 1960. Local legend Norm Evans won the race in 1958 in the U-40 Miss Bardall. In 1957 he raced the U-4 which was built in 1956 in Seattle by some local guys and was later called the Tempest.. Enjoy the shots!!
