Julian - I don't think that was a stupid comment at all about the English needing to smile, although I see it slightly differently. There's a big difference in Maciek's galleries of India and Cambodia and his UK galleries, which is very interesting. The former galleries are full of people and little else, while the UK galleries have a lot of other "stuff" as well as the people. It's an interesting comment on the differences between the cultures.
Nice work Maciek - I like your pictures a lot.

What Stupid comments about us English needing to Smile. I reckon only Two of the people in these Photos are English. The fishmonger who is working with Fish all day long so that is nothing to smile about and the Fat Guy on the Tube who has nothing to smile about having to get the Tube everyday.The rest look like tourists. Great Photos by the Way.

Compare the faces of these shots to the ones of your Indian travels....Indians look so much more friendly and happy, ignore comments about poverty. Poverty is about more than wealth....Us English need to learn to smile and enjoy what we have to smile about.
