When I spotted this crying little girl in this hat I knew I had to take a picture of her... and there was just a second to get the shot... and I screwed up my chance... I didn't focus well - getting dark, shallow DOF, lack of time and as the result the focus accidentaly was on her arm... what a pity. anyway, that's how it looks like after a surgery Photoshop
