Ex-rural life

First and second-generation farm buildings are disappearing quickly from the Canadian Prairies.
I hope to capture them for future generations, along with equipment of the time.
Many small towns, while not yet ghost towns, have abandoned buildings as well.

You have done a good job of getting these shots before the structures are gone. I do much the same thing in Minnesota with farms and small towns. The rural life is disappearing as people leave for the city.

Wonderful gallery.
I have a fondness for your subject matter, since my family has been connected to the land (America) since Colonial times. The small farmer and his life are slowly fading into the mist of time and your capturing what is left is to be commended and uplifted.
