Sugar Land, TX

Fried Turkey and Shrimp PoBoy to go
Ragin Cajun makes a good Cajun fried turkey for Thanksgiving. If you like spicy food
this a a great alternative to roasted turkey. I ordered a 11 lb bird for us
and got my shrimp poboy to go.
If you look at the top of this photo, you see two different funny Poboy pictures,
one with a gator and one with a lady.
Thursday nights at Ragin Cajun are Zydeco night and they have great live music.
For those who don't know me... I'm a big Zydeco fan.
Here is a photo from one of Ragin Cajun's Zyedco nights...

The turkey sounds really good and different from the traditional fare. Gotta love that wall. V.

I've never tasted fried turkey before but would love to try it! The spicier the better! :)

U;m more an Oyster PoBoy kind of guy, the way they make them in Baltimore. Agree with you on the Fried Turkey though, and letting someone else cook it.

I think I'd prefer the lady to the gator ;)
