We flew back to Lima today at about 10:30 AM. We were booked into the Hotel Antigua in Miraflores as Jim and I were staying for a few more days. The hotel was very appealing, it was an old house that was now a hotel and it had character - lots of it! Ross and Tricia had left the group at the Cusco Airport, but the rest of us got together for a wonderful last meal at the world-famous Astrid y Gaston in the evening. Hal and Lisa from the Lima office were hosting in Ross' absence. It was an INCREDIBLE dinner - the ceviche was to die for!
Hotel Antigua, the rooms were very spacious
It even had wicker furniture and a small kitchen - how cute!
The restaurant downstairs
Tables by the courtyard - see the 'S' on the sign on the right? That's the earthquake safety zone
The lobby - really cozy!

Lovely gardens at the Hotel Antigua in the middle of the highrises
