June 9, 2013 - Going Home!

Sadly, it was time to go home today. It would prove to be a long day - we were up at 5:00 AM, ready to go by 6:30, in the airport lounge having breakfast by 8:00 and in the air by 10:30. I must say that if you have to be on any airplane for 14 hours, Emirates Business Class is the one to be in. It was a very comfortable - albeit long - flight. We flew via the North Pole to Seattle arriving around 1:00 PM Seattle time, another short hop flight and we were home by 4:30. But pretty tired!
It was a fabulous trip though, one soon we wouldn't forget!
