This is the way the month ends

30 September 2005

519
Now that Liam's October fortnight holidays have started, I was thinking about heading down to Bute for a couple of days to visit the siblings and Zak, and just kick off the shoes and sit back and breath in the sweet Highland air. I really ought to be heading for points south, as I have lots to do in Lisbon. I haven't been there since June, and I'm starting to miss it. A couple of years back I was travelling between Dundee and Lisbon almost every two weeks, and it was getting a bit too much for me. Recently, however, my trips have been less frequent, and while I do like being at home, I also like being in Lisbon.

I arrived home this time last year

I am so bad at proof reading - I'm certainly not a 'detail' person. I'm impressed.

You call that work? I've just spent all day fitting new kitchen worktops, they're too bloody heavy for a mere sparky!

I'm somehow glad this month ended... it was a nice and busy month for me. It looks like you a wonderful time planned. Hope you have a great time!
Nice picture btw.

Whadda ya mean, 'merican English? We all learned good in school. If you'd really like to hear the English language butchered beyond belief, visit Appalachia. I was informed by someone yesterday her sister lived in a "condominio" and how she "hit her head agin the windshield and the blood was just apourin down her face" in a car accident. :)

Rather you than me Stu! I do not enjoy editing. Hope you enjoy a well earned break on Bute...
