Just bought Adobe CS4 Design Premium. So far I don't think Photoshop CS4 is an improvement on CS3. Illustrator and InDesign CS4 are, however, better than their predecessors. The big improvement is in the common interface between the various programs (it also has Flash CS4 Pro, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Acrobat 9 Pro, Bridge, Version Cue and Device Central). Don't know what half of them do, but I'll certainly have fun finding out.
