2893 cu ft covered hoppers HO scale

These two covered hoppers were recently sold on eBay.
The Burlington Northern car was manufactured by Athearn and is slightly more modern that the second, Southern Pacific car which was manufactured by Walthers. Both were weathered using artist oils and small amounts of weathering powders. For more examples of fine weathering in all scales please check out www.modeltrainsweathered.com
