I holiday in warden springs in the 80's and also remember the house with the witch on the side.

yes!! we used to call the house the witches house and run past scared stiff that the witches would come out and get us!! lol I also lived in emerald view, moved there in 1976!

Did there used to be a house with a picture of a witch painted on the side near here? I lived in Warden Bay in the late 70's and lived in Emerald View.
