Hi, My name is Joe Choy from Malaysia. I google this site out of curiosity to visualize the final dock layout. I was an ex Malaysian Military Engineer officer and was attached to Costain Civil Engineering in 1971 as part of my civil engineering training. I was involved in a supervising a great number of the tubular steel piles during my 10 months on site.
