Took the ol' snow shoes out this weekend.
We have about 2 feet of snow now but the wind keeps the
rivers almost down to the ice.

I love the shadows on the snow - I keep finding myself trying to compose a shot in my back yard of roughly the same thing, but yours beats my attempts!

Wow! This is so beautiful! I would love to be there. It has a nostalgic tone to me--Reminds me of winters in the Midwest when I was growing up.
