My wife ordered this for me for Christmas but it was out of stock
and just arrived yesterday (1-17-07). It is a Nikon Window Mount
Model 7070 with quick release. I thought it would be helpful in those
low light situations where you might be driving around looking for
animals to photograph and can't take time to set up a tripod. You can
shut off the vehicle, slip this onto the window glass and shoot from
inside the car. We'll have to see if it works as well as it sounds in threory.
