An interesting weed

I don't know what this plant is called
but I liked the shape of those seed pods!

They looked very much like Physalis alkekengi.

They are called "Physalis alkekengi"
We call them Japanese Lanterns.
Wait until autumn when then turn a bright orange.

Very interesting that it is still blooming and already holding fresh pods. Likely Cardiospermum (Cardio/hearth-spermum/seed).

Balloon vine ( Cardiospermum grandiflorum)

Serious environmental weed in Australia.
This vine is densely growing and can climb up to 8 m high in the canopy.
Commonly found in South East Queensland along waterways, roadsides and disturbed sites,
grows at forest edges, often right into the canopy of trees, as on the photo below
