It is very hot and humid.

Love this scene., with its low viewpoint and nnice lead-in lines leading to splashes of acid lemon. It may be rainy, but it looks hot and humid. Want to swap weather today ?

Wet pavements are beautiful, this one doubly so, with its grates, bordered brick wall, the passerby in the chrysanthemum yellow jacket far off, and the building construction completing the frame.

I never thought I would tell the rain to stop...but pity for those out west and south losing all they possess yet again makes me say...ENOUGH!! Hate the humidity as well but I like your shot :)
