Great find and commentary. Though I am as you know a big fan of urban art this is going to fat if the owner did not agree to it, on the other hand the owner may have done it him/herself. You never know.

I suppose thats vandalism!! (lol) Not nice if the owner didn't want it, there's a fine line and I guess this is well beyond the line, but your shot is doing it's job and provoking comment.
