A long winter turns to it's end. We had cold days all along and still the season is one month back on the normal schedule. Meteo announces more cold days to come, but, all in all people start enjoying the heat of the first spring sunrays like this young people sitting on the top of a sidewall of the stock exchange building stairs in Brussels.
