Gratered Beer - Aug. 20-04

I have reinstalled my new computer and spend a lot of time to configure and register the plugins of my Photoshop. In the mean time I had to watch the oven, not to let my beer turn to hot while the cheese was gratering on the top. This is an old reciepe of my own, easy to do, but as many good cooks, I keep my reciepes secret. So, try it if you want...... :)

I love Hoegaarden with a slice of lemon (or orange) in it - but the thought of grated cheese on top intrigues me! I might try this one out! Mature cheese or mild? Or is this a PS figment of your imagination?!!!

I don't know if I'd want grated cheese on top of my beer. The beer looks good and nice head on it too.

Lou, looks wonderful, but I think I'll have my beer straight up!
Cheers!

o...m....g...i've never heard of that...and it sounds very interesting...and a bit challenging to drink. can you do this with any type of beer, or are some better suited than others...oh and what type of cheese?

I have tried this Hoegarden beer. I think it's better than Stella, What do you think?

Isn't that a waste of good beer?
