Lavender - June 24-04

This lavender grows around the trees in front of my house-door. I made this shot a few days ago while I passed by and saw a Ladybug in there breaking the monotony of the whole scene by it's bright red colour.

Really nice. Can never have enough lavender. (Sometimes too many ladybugs in August, but they're too cute to dislike.)

I LOVE the way this single flower and ladybug are clear and the rest fade into blur. Nice colors.. and nice framing too

I adore lavender. It doesn't grow well here in the Deep South. This shot of the bee and lavender is beautiful.
