The NEX-7

Since some time I am fascinated by a camera that has to be small,
offers all possibilities to work manually with adapters for all
brands off lenses. Carrying around the big things might catch the
eye of other people, but makes me tired and all I seek for is flexibility,
small size, viewfinder, dslr qualities and interchangeable lenses.
Then, suddenly, the NEX-7 came out. I had a look on Samsung's NX-200 as well
since it is as good in picture quality as the NEX-7 and has a better quality
factory lens-offer. But, the NEX-7 has all I need. It's weak points are the
low autonomy of the battery and that bloody video button that is exactly
on the place where an old photographer puts his thumb. But, after a few
recharges, the batt. became better. One needs after all a few batteries in
the pocket on a long shooting day in a city with huge architecture as
one can find it in Manila, Tokio or Singapore.
See here the NEX-7 compared to my hand-size.
