This is the only pass I could find that crosses the steep arete (Devil's Backbone) into Devil's Canyon and onto the east side of Sawtooth Peak. This is the view from the Mirror Lake side, and it is defined by the two arched white bark pines. Once on top, move down and to the right looking for a narrow pathway that the bears have been using for years.
