It was my first time back in Vietnam after leaving Saigon on 22 April, 1975 for the United States. It was a great opportunities to visit relatives whom I haven't seen for 32 years. The presentation of this gallery is to present a wide spectrum of what I encountered on my trip. There were so many things I saw ranging from the thousands of scooters, daily life's activities during the day and especially at night, the vast amount of small businesses. This is the reason for the pictures not in any particular orders, so I hope you enjoyed traveling with me for my first trip back to Vietnam since the end of the war. I have added personal comments to many of the pictures in the gallery...you have to click the individual image to see the comments. I hope this will give you a sense of my thoughts or ideas when I took the image. We stayed in 7th district of Saigon, then visited my grandma place in Ben Tre and My Tho in the Mekong Delta, back to Saigon. We drove north to Mui Ne, just south of Nha Trang before returning to Saigon. Last few days the family drove south to Can Tho and the Floating Market.
