Yes it is! The New Dungeness Lighthouse is near the end of the ribbon of sand that goes from left to right. The fatter tongue of sand coming down is called Graveyard Spit after a massacre that happened when the local natives attacked interlopers from the north! Cline Spit and a sand bar called Dog Island would be just out of the bottom right of the photo. V
