Can someone tell me a good reason why Vietnamese enjoys the Penguin trash can. These trash cans are seen all over Vietnam in parks, neighborhoods, malls and obscure places.

I'm not sure why they like these, but they sure do look good! I'd be a lot more excited to throw my trash away into something like this! Maybe we should all put up trash cans like this one! Thanks for sharing. http://www.sullivanrefuse.net/about
