Tripoli (At-Tarabulus in Arabic) is Libya's largest and most cosmopolitan city.Set on one of North Africa's best natural harbours, the city exudes a destinctive Mediterranean charm infused with a decidedly Arab / Islamic flavour. With such a rich mosaic of historical influeences, few travellers leave disappointed.
