Pirou is a wonderful Thirteenth Century moated castle, compact in its construction, and now undergoing a restoration lengthened by the drying up of funds from Paris.

Just back from Pirou Plage and Normandy in April. Pirou Plage is drop dead beautiful. Hope to go back someday and spend more time. Very peaceful place.
