Laurence, This picture is beautiful. The simplicity, the smile, youth, beauty, and reflection of life are all evident. The camera has captured woderful tones and resolution, but you have captured that instant moment when it all comes together! You have a beautiful daughter and an ever-lasting memory to cherish. Bravo!

Hello Laurence , a stunning and beautifully composed photograph . Some people however would rather concentrate on whether one camera is 6.3 MP or 10.3 MP or the differences between sensor types and thus neglecting the "soul" of photography . I bet you that you would still create stunning images with my 300d , my friends Nikon d100 or even my old canon AE1 . I will add you to my list of favorite artist and will look for your work.

best regards

OSHUN

Greg,
The model is my daughter, Fleur. I don't see any olive on her neck, but that doesn't mean anything. I am pretty much a big picture guy. Thanks for the comment and that goes for the other here as well.

A truly beautiful picture. The model's expression adds a great deal, too, in my opinion. The camera likes her. May I please ask if you see just a bit of olive tint in her neck? You're probably having a ball with that new camera, shooting a little bit of everyting at a frantic pace, while I sit back and nit-pick one picture. Sorry. And thank you very much for sharing with us. greg
