Laurence,

We've posted your Sigma podcast at Imaging Insider http://www.imaginginsider.com/?p=103516). Thank you for taking the time to do this. We also appreciate the assistance from Marci Hait at Matter Communications. BTW, you were excellent and made this podcast very enjoyable.

Hi there,

I am interested in using some of your Jack Russell photos for artwork if you will allow me to. I would potentially be exhibiting the art in an art contest and/or selling the piece. Please let me know your terms of use by e-mailing me. You can view some of my work at www.aphelionart.com to see my style.

I have recently converted to the Sigma/Foveon system from which I am getting excellent results, not up to your brilliant efforts, butI am determined to master these wonderful but at times slightly frustrating cameras(SD 9and10)frustrating only because of my inexperience with them,I seem to discover some new aspect of there capabilities daily. Many thanks for sharing your wonderful pictures,
David.

Laurence,

It was a pleasure to meet you at PMA 2005 - I must say you have sparked my interest in getting serious about panos. Trying to locate a used pano head for my tripod here in Austin, but no luck so far. I am planning a trip home to Colorado soon - plan to shoot the heck outta the mountains in spring time.

Will drop you an email - meanwhile - thanks for the inspiration and information. Hope you like the x64 demo.

Cheers! Matt

Beautiful. Your images are good for the soul.

Hans,

It does better at long exposures and ISO 100 or 200. ISO 400 and long exposures is OK. Most important is not to over-expose the shot. I managed to get great night shots with both the SD9 and SD10 by not over exposing and working with the software.

Have a look at the shot of the English Church in Meiringen and the pano of Luzern.

Glorious night shots. How does the SD10 manages noise with long exposures and high isos, Laurence? Would appreciate if you would let me know. I am considering getting one too.
