A little about me.. I'm in my mid 20's. I've been into photography for a long time since I was 12 years old. I've never really succeeded with film because it didn't give the instantaneous feedback, and I just didn't shoot enough. I was a casual film photographer. Since getting a Canon S40 digital camera in 2002, I have had a renewed interest in photography. I loved the ability to instantly see the pictures I took. I began shooting a lot, and my skills improved. I upgraded to the Olympus C-8080 in the summer of 2005. I stayed with a digicam because I prefer using a camera that is an all-in-one system which didn't require me to change lens. I also like the ability to use the LCD screen to take pictures. The C-8080 is an exceptional camera and I have way more praises than complaints after a year of using it. I now carry it with me most of the time so I don't miss a photographic opportunity.
