My homebrew club, the Frederick Original Ale Makers (FOAM), held an "iron mash" in October, 2004. If you've seen the Iron Chef on the cooking channel, you know that the cooks are given a secret ingredient, and must come up with recipes on the spot. My colleagues and I brewed a Vanilla Porter, using the secret ingredient vanilla beans.
It took me a while to adjust to my new camera, and I edited these on an uncalibrated monitor, which is why all of these photos are washed out.
