It's funny, I was just looking up pictures of trains and CO since I work for the railroad, and saw this picture. I graduated from CCV in 96, and was a fellow student/athlete of Chris Sporl (sp?) and Dawn, and knew Wanda in the front office. We were all jealous of Chris because he could dunk 2 footed before most of us.

I loved looking at these pictures. It brought back old memories, standing in the snow watching football, watching the guys play basketball( there was no girls basketball due to shortage of a girls locker room, etc.)-but we did have some good cheerleaders. And a great drummer for the basketball games-he use to play "Wipe Out" during intermission. The rodeo was another fun time. And the last day of school-I won't tell you what happened then. Needless to say the janitor didn't appreeiate it to much. Does anyone remember the Vanier family fromVictor-about 1968?

I have had several requests for volleyball pictures. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend any of the CC/V volleyball games this year (and only one football game) due to work schedules and other commitments to my family. I would love to post volleyball pictures, but I have none to post. I have posted all the football pictures from this fall that I have.

The gentleman you may have seen taking pictures this year at the CC/V games is not me, but a professional photographer hired by the Gold Rush to take pictures for the paper.

The Lady Pioneers had a wonderful volleyball season this year and I am sad to have missed it.

please put volley ball pics on here. just because it doesent have the boys in it doesnt mean people dont want to see them. girl sports are just as important as boy sports!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! volley ball rocks and the girls this year whooped ass and should be given some credit.

this is so awsom to see this. i miss my life with you all. now that i am stuck over here in germany i dont get to see much. im am so glad that you have taken more pics of volley ball. im glad to be able to see the girls and the guys. for all that read this i miss you all very much. my guys my girls. i will be home soon i hope. so i want to see you all. good luck with the seasions this year. hope you accomplish more than my class could. keep the fire under you butt. remember you only live once so live well. do what you want. play to the best of your abilitys.always give it 110 %. that is what true PIONEERS do.

even though im gone i can still look back at the best years of my life when i see the great pictures you have posted for me and my brothers playin together for one common goal. all i want to say is thank you and i appreciate everything you have done to make playing football a memerable experience. and it is one thing ill never forget.
