Nice shots, but I notice that the ones at the beach are mostly shot with the subject in the exact center of the photo. The compositions would be improved if you used the rule of thirds or cropped the photos to remove the parts of the photo that don't add to our interest. The ones where you took more time look better composed. I have the same problem with quick shots, so I'm always aware of the problem.
