Tombstone Plateau


"Tombstone plateau" is my name for a small area of fins sitting between Kane Springs Canyon and Pritchett Canyon, near Moab, Utah. It is the site of a fin called "The Tombstone," a name probably derived from the fin's shape when viewed from Kane Creek Road. BASE jumpers use the top of the fin as a launching point.

My experience with the area is solely on foot (pun intended).
