Intrepid Potash owns and operates a potash mine at Potash, near Moab, Utah. In October 2006 I visited the property to duplicate a scene from a movie that was filmed there in 1983. The mine’s manager escorted me to the site of filming and left me there so I could take pictures. After completing that work I drove back to the main gate, passing evaporation ponds along the way. All these pictures---except for “Blue”---were taken during that return drive. Blurriness in some photos is from shooting while driving.
The image titled “Blue” was taken on another occasion,
from another location (to be revealed later).
