Apartments at 95 Burnett Avenue South

This apartment building ( http://www.95burnett.com/1/Renton-Washington-Apartments/ ), which
opened in June 2007, is part of an effort to rejuvenate the downtown core. The apartments
are at the center of this years-old WikiMapia aerial photo in WikiMapia (click on any
rectangle for info): http://www.wikimapia.org/#y=47483050&x=-122208164&z=17&l=0&m=a&v=2 .

This site used to be occupied by the Lande Feed building, a fixture in Renton for decades.
It is visible in the WikiMapia view mentioned above. When the building was torn down in
the summer of 2002, store manager Craig Lande moved the operation to Maple Valley.

Steve, this is not just any old town---this is Renton, Washington ("Ahead of the Curve"). Here we call the things "vehicular right-of-way waste fluid diverters." Out West storms do not have drains; only sinks and bathtubs have them.

Dave, where are the storm drains? They would have to be a critical feature in any new development in Renton.
