easily-navigated area that is stocked with the latest electronic equipment and related items. With a
minimum amount of training, any technician can operate here as if he or she had been on the payroll
(or an intern) for years. The process works so well that a dummy equipment room has been built for the
expressed purpose of giving tours to interested persons of other companies, with the goal of spreading
the "good word" about PBase's operations theory. On a typical day one might see human resources
managers, efficiency experts, or members of organizational development groups taking the tour.
