Taking a break from the hard job of PBase exploration

Jackson Hole (near Moab, Utah)

Even though I was taking a break, Joe Tripod remained
on duty, holding my camera steady (as always).

I think you are too far gone for aspirin.

I hate it when people use those mile-long acronyms! But what is worse is an acronym lacking the final letter. I need some aspirin.

The wet appearance---if any---is probably a surface deformation caused by powerful emanations from a nearby aura cavity. This should come as no surprise, as Jackson Hole is rumored to be a huge psychic concentrator.

Dave, why does the side of that rock look wet?

You are holding that sandstone down rather well, in the probable (but highly unlikely) event of a Complete Gravitational Inversion (CGI).

The snakes were on vacation. This posture was clearly considered comfortable by me at the time and there was no one else present to rudely ruin my rehabilitating reverie of rejuvenation. [Will PBaser exzim race to respond relevantly?] No need for a solar implant because I always carry a Highly Portable Sun-based Electrical Power Generator (HPSEPG) on these treks: its probably primary purpose is to recharge my Fratostatic Gauss Decollimator in the wilds (one can never be too prepared!). I slack, therefore I am.

Sandstoned slacker!

Dave, since you trek so often to these sunny places, you should find a surgeon to install a solar panel in your chest. That way, you can take a nap in the sun, then wake up energized and ready to go for another 20 miles.

how comfortable is it between a rock and a hard place?
jCross08-Nov-2007 16:44
that looks very relaxing.

... you're fortunate that Joe Tripod never sleeps and that there's not a rattler nestling between those rocks.
