You're right, that WOULD make the picture more interesting, but that nicety would be overshadowed by the massive level of Surfer Disappointment Syndrome, possibly leading to PBase's canceling my account. By the way, that river was de-loused a long time ago.

Rather than saying some lousy river is out of view at the bottom, why don't you say that 23 naked nymphomaniacs are scurrying up the slope to meet you and Joe? That would certainly make the picture more interesting.
