That's sort of what I meant. I noticed his watch and the shadows. Never a boy scout but I was in the army of the greatest nation in the history of the world. I did learn some things. Even though I tried not to.

Larry, I was not facing "sort of west," nor was I facing "Adam West" (I'm not batty, man). I was facing Fred as I looked to the northwest. At least that's what my water-powered compass said.
