Behind the tall bushes at center is the somewhat-exposed ramp I used to reach higher
ground. Six months later I found an easier route slightly to the right, following the
bush-filled crack; the lighting (early morning) was different then.
The cone-shaped hump is the end of a long fin. On top of it, but not visible here, is a
rock formation I later dubbed Ornament Rock. Here's a shot of it from farther into the landscape.
