Bonneville Speedway (Wendover, Utah)

This was taken from near the end of the salt flats access road, looking northwest
at Rishel Peak, one of several mountains comprising the Silver Island Range.

Rishel Peak is five miles (8km) away; the distant peak (Pilot Peak) is 21 miles (34km) away.

I am surprised they allow vehicles on the lakebed while it is muddy. These tire tracks will be here for a long time.
