This Word file is what I created to inventory digital images. It summarizes the subjects for a given day’s worth of shooting. (The previous system, designed for film, listed and described every single image for every roll of film shot.) The first data row of the table is for the first day of shooting digital.
In time I added columns so I could combine into one file these date entries with the roll entries of film photography. The new format appears in the next image.
