I remember shooting a little bit at the lighthouse. I went back and had a look and found this. Interesting lighting. See the following photo as well for a full frame.

I rarely use flash, and never in daylight. Anyway, the subjects were too far away (500 feet) to use it---my flash illumination drops off drastically after 350 feet. Joe Tripod was off duty when this was taken. He rarely gets his feet wet.

And they're both loving it. What a great looking dog. I had to check your exif because it looks like you used a flash. Nice photography.
